Okay, you have cleared papers, learn some softwares, completed your degree and now you are finally applying for jobs. But you are not getting any calls
You waited. You waited 3 months. You waited 6 month. You waited an year now…
No calls, nothing.
This can be mainly due to 2 reasons.
1. You are not applying properly. Or applying for roles that you are not eligible.
Not applying properly means you are just sending your resumes without writing anything in the mail. I have seen a lot of people doing, so if your doing it. Just stop. You should write your emails properly with proper subject and body.
The HR or the respective person is getting 100’s of resumes for a bunch of few posts. So do you expect him to open every resume, scan it and then tell. No that’s not possible. He will first look at your subject then at your body before even considering to open your resume. So make sure you write it properly, only 1-2 lines is enough, more than that can even be harmful.
And second part, you know, you won’t get a call if your not eligible. So just STOP. It will only build frustration.
