Greetings! I hope everyone is doing well during this time.
Given the extreme situation our world is facing these days with the Covid-19 pandemic causing many of the employees to be working from home while experiencing a completely different routine, we have decided to come up with this survey in order to understand how people find the experience of working from home.
We aim to reveal the following aspects from this survey:
> Reasons for good/poor experience due to Work-from-Home and how can these experiences be improvised
> Correlation between Work-from-Home effectiveness and organisational, technological and employee readiness
> Insights into the impact Covid-19 will have on the future of work
We want to learn, and then contribute ideas and insights that all of us can use right now.
The survey shouldn’t take more than 3 mins to complete and the responses will be completely anonymous.
We want to get as much feedback on this we can!
