No, you can just login to your account, go to my account and scroll down to the end, and you’ll see the online reduced rate application form.
Just, fill it there on the website only, and done! You’ll get a confirmation (or a follow-up) in about 3 weeks.

Just, fill the form ASAP, as it will take atleast 3 weeks to get confirmed. And the last date is 31st October, hence fill asap to avoid late-fee charges.
