      Milliman’s New Delhi Non- Life Practice is looking for actuarial professionals with 2+ years of experience, who have a strong desire to expand their actuarial skills, are committed to obtaining Fellowship, and have a career goal of becoming an actuarial consultant. 

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Creative problem-solving using spreadsheets, databases, and other resources to synthesize, and analyse data and information

    • Understanding, operating, and modifying complex spreadsheet tools

    • Presenting results to peers, project managers, and senior leaders

    • Drafting written reports and preparing other external/internal correspondence

    • Preparing and documenting project files

    • Benefit plan and insurance pricing

    • Experience analysis and reserving

    • Financial and statistical analysis

    • Assisting with research and marketing projects

      • LOCATION: Gurgaon, India 

      EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student (or recent graduate) pursuing actuarial science, mathematics, or another major with quantitative course work,

    • Minimum 6 actuarial exams

      • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    • Superior math aptitude and quantitative ability

    • Outstanding academic record

    • Strong analytical, communication (written and oral), and organizational skills

    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

    • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc.) and computer programming (e.g. SAS/SQL)

    • Previous health actuarial or related experience

    • Knowledge of non-life insurance and keen interest to specialize in health insurance

    • Ability to successfully deliver on complex actuarial projects

    • Ability to plan projects, identify project deliverables, meet deadlines and ensure compliance with quality procedures

      • The selected candidates will be offered a competitive fixed compensation with performance linked bonus.
