What is Machine Learning? Is it anyhow related to Actuarial Science or Data Science? Can an Actuary enter the field of Machine Learning and if yes then how? What skills are needed to make a promising career in the field of Machine Learning?

I am not familiar with the term “Machine Learning”.  Might it be another name for artificial intelligence?  If so, actuaries can be heavily involved here.  We are teaching computers to do more and more work in risk selection, claim administration, and other functions.  We are also seeing more insurance sales occur on the internet with no human involved.  Actuaries need to be heavily involved in this area.  Otherwise it could really go off track!!
