Sorting is done for rearranging the data in a particular order in which we want.

Step 1 – select the full data set along with the header

Step 2- press together the keys : alt +A

Step 3- press together the keys : alt +S

Step 4- a dialog box will appear with options of which column you want to sort and on what criteria and order.

Select them as per your requirements of how you want to sort the data and press Enter key.

      The data will be sorted.

This looks nice.. Will try it tomorrow!

I usually work on alt + A + T for sorting and the filter and then sort it on some basis.

Moreover Alt >D>f>f looks good as well for any such filtering or sorting!

          Thank you.

alt +A+T is shortest way for filtering i know.

I will surely try your short cut of sorting too.

          Thank you for sharing it.
