You will be primarily responsible for contributing to the overall delivery of exceptional client service by supporting consultants and actuaries based in Canada / UK / US either directly or in support of senior team members.

About the Role- As an [font][font]Actuarial[/font][/font] Intern some of your key responsibilities will involve:
Supporting our senior team members to provide expert, timely, efficient and professional delivery of services to our onshore consultants
Taking responsibility for the production (quality, timeliness and budget) of work for allocated client deliverables. This includes undertaking and completing complex [font][font]actuarial[/font][/font] calculations and reports (as appropriate to competence and experience defined in Skill Blocks)
Building strong relationships and high level trust in them to deliver work on time
Demonstrate ability to convey logical thought processes and produce well-presented work which is easy for others to follow
Playing an active part in service delivery as part of the extended client teams and confident to do an independent research on a new topic
Taking responsibility to be abreast of process/legislative changes to ensure fit-for-purpose results are delivered
About you
As an [font][font]Actuarial[/font][/font] Intern your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Graduate, numerate degree preferred such as Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Engineering.
Active student member of the Institute of Actuaries, UK / India and should have cleared at-least one core technical [font][font]actuarial[/font][/font] exams or cleared ACET and pursuing exams
Consistently and correctly use corporate processes, templates, precedents and models as appropriate
Build credibility with senior colleagues through effective and flexible work delivery
Ability to work well in a team environment by being respectful and supportive of others, communicating openly and constructively and being an active listener
