Duties and Responsibilities:Work as a doer on participants data, liability calculations & analysis and generation of actuarial reports, for actuarial valuations using Retirement Studio, Retiree Medical System and other ancillary tools
- Prepare government reporting forms, including 5500 and associated schedules
- Work on accounting disclosures (Balance Sheets and P&L) calculations and reports under various accounting standards
- Deliver the work to checkers with appropriate documentation and self-checking
- Understand and acquire key skills required to perform such analysis and financial calculations through learning from experience, gaining actuarial exam credits and motivated self learning initiatives
- Attend learning & development sessions scheduled time to time
Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts Knowledge and Skills:Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpretational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver consistent results under tight turnaround time
- Ability to work mostly independently and contribute effectively in a team environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools e.g. MS Word and MS Excel and ability to learn new software too
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Actuarial exam credits ( preferable)
- Actuarial valuation and Programming experience ( preferable)
Eligibility:Fresher
- A first class graduation with Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science or any subject with sizeable mathematical content.
