      What Weightage does a recruiter give to someone with referral than someone randomly sending their CV without referral?

        Nothing..

        For a recruiter what matter is the right candidature(skills, tools, exp, domain & many other things) until or unless resume is not carrying what we are looking for it hardly matters from where are we getting it.. :)
