      We do not receive any acknowledgement for CV’s submitted to many Recruiters. Is there any way to make sure that it is in their hands and they are working on it. I know they always remain busy but if it is possible, May I know how? Thanks

        [font=Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]Hi,

        My first & foremost suggestion to all of you, look at the requirement first. If your profile/skills align to the role or the job post, then only share your resume or approach to the concern member & can expect an acknowledgement.

        As many a time, for a recruiter it’s a challenge to revert or acknowledge such emails where the candidates are referring to X role & asking to apply for Y..

        I hope this will help you.. :)

        Cheers
