The three things you said are the most important, now what’s left is conversation and expressing what you know in a proper manner and confidence.

Are you talking about writing on CV or after job? Good to have should be real if on the CV. There is no point to lie.
3. How relevant are Ms Access, VBA and SQL to the industry?
You need to learn any one language in a brilliant manner. Almost no one have practical knowledge when they land the job so go with Excel VBA and learn basics about SQL. Ms Access, haven’t seen much.
