    Let me ask me you a question.

    How much time you give or will give to prepare for a Job interview. And, how much time would you give to clear an exam.

    Which is more important?

    Job interview. Right?

    So, don’t you think you should spend more time in interview preparation (rather than a day or two). That’s the main reason, you won’t clear it because YOU ARE NOT PREPARED ENOUGH.

    Some people say, its the confidence. But think, if you have framed answers for most of the questions. Don’t you think confidence will come Automatic.

    Every interviewer expects you to answer some generic questions like strengths, weakness, etc. Which you can prepares well in advance.

    Just prepare at your best and you’ll definitely succeed.
